Hoover is truly a sweetheart who has had almost no attention or socialization. He was so badly matted when he was rescued that he had to be shaved, which made him a bit naked, but his beautiful white coat is growing out, and his temperament is becoming more beautiful too. He is still a very shy youngster who is somewhat fearful of new people or situations, and he sometimes shows fear aggression to other dogs, but he is becoming more self-confident every day. He needs a family who has time to help him reach his awesome potential. To know this guy is to love him.
